Ongoing Training For The Best Customer Service


This morning, Office Director Julia and Business Administrative Apprentice Mia enjoyed 'Sales Club' a workshop provided by Sales Geek and East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce.


At N&J Aluminium Linings, we are keen to encourage our apprentices by supporting their studies with external training courses, which of course has the added benefit of improving our own procedures and processes.


We are firm believers in training and refresher training because you're never too experienced to learn new skills and techniques.


In current times, we are noticing people are tending to call us for a telephone consultation more than popping into the sales office for a chat and a look around our workshop. With this in mind, we understand that in order to provide our clients with the best experience as possible, when choosing their accessory for a 4x4 vehicle, we must show that we are not just capable but interested in the project - which we always are!


We love attending the sales club because it demonstrates to our apprentices that we place high importance on providing excellent customer service from the very first contact, even if it just taking down some details for a consultation further down the line.
